By decision of May 12 1998, the Landgericht (regional court) of Hamburg ruled that web masters who include links to other pages are co-responsible for the contents of the pages to which the links lead. This can - according to the Landgericht - only be prevented if the webmaster expressly distances himself from these contents. The Tierfreunde Kreta e.V. indicates links to other pages in the internet. The following applies to all of these links: We would like to expressly emphasize that we have no influence whatsoever on the design and contents of the linked pages. Therefore we herby distance ourselves expressly from all contents of the linked pages in our range of offer.
